“Manifesting” is a word that has been popping up more and more lately. It’s not just your imagination – “manifesting” is a buzzword, plain and simple. But while it may be trendy, there are still some legitimate reasons to pay attention to the concept of “manifesting.” In this article, we’re going to explore four different ways that “manifesting” can help you live the life you want!

The first thing most people think about when they hear the word manifesting is how they need to get what they want out of thin air (which isn’t always realistic), but in reality, manifestation often takes place on an entirely mental level where our thoughts act as powerful magnets that attract the things we want into our lives.

“Manifesting” is counterintuitive in some ways – it’s not about having and doing, but rather being and feeling. It seeks to find out what you are grateful for before anything else, as this will help bring more of those things your way.

Manifestation also involves creating space for what we hope comes true by removing any thoughts or feelings of lack from our mind and heart. We have to be willing to let go of who we were in order to become who we’re meant to be!

Lastly, manifestation requires an openness towards new possibilities (especially when they may seem scary). There’s no point in manifesting if all you do is stay in your comfort zone.

This blog post will explore four reasons why “manifesting” is not just another overused word people throw around in order to sound like they know what’s really going on.

Every time I start feeling down, the first thing I do is write out my thoughts and feelings on paper (a process called journaling). It feels so therapeutic to get everything off of my chest and onto a piece of paper (or a keyboard) where I can see it all. Then I take that “paperweight” and put it in my journal, so when I’m feeling down again, I just need to pick up the paperweight and read through what is written.

I like the idea that what we put out into the world, reflects who we are. Think about it: if you’re constantly worrying all day long and complaining to your friends or family members about how things aren’t going well for you, then chances are this negativity is seeping back in to your life and interfering with any good luck you might be trying to attract.

It’s always easier to manifest your desires when you’re in a space of gratitude, rather than one of lack or want.

By focusing on the positive – not what we don’t have but all that there is (thankful for), man does it make it easier for the “what ifs?” to manifest.

The Law of Attraction asks us to consciously put out thoughts and feelings that we want back, rather than focusing on what’s wrong in our lives or with the world – which are both very easy places to reside when you’re not paying attention!

It just feels so much more positive (and productive) to focus my time and energy into practicing gratitude for everything I do have now, instead of trying desperately hard every day at work only to come home feeling completely exhausted and unfulfilled because it didn’t go as well as planned.

Of course, there are days where things don’t go smoothly–it happens–but how quickly can these adverse moments pass by? One day at a time (literally) is all it takes to “manifest” what feels good, and with the Law of Attraction on our side–we’re bound to succeed.

The more we think about what we want or feel grateful for, the faster those things will come into fruition!

Manifesting: just another buzzword? No way! It’s empowering, hopeful and one step closer to achieving your goals in life – no matter how big they are.

In conclusion: “Manifestation” might sound like just another buzzword – and indeed it does have its fair share of skeptics! But if manifested properly, our thoughts can become powerful magnets that attract into our lives whatever we most desire for ourselves and those around us.
