There are so many little things that you can do every day which will not only make you better at the law of attraction but will also drastically improve the quality of your life.

So here goes my list of powerful daily practices for you to use the law of attraction.

 

Start your day with meditation:

Meditation is the most important yet the most overlooked tool that you can use to truly activate the potential of the law of attraction in your life.

Meditation is the practice of quieting down your thoughts to achieve a tranquil state of mind. This tranquil state of mind is needed for the law of attraction to work so that you may know and focus clearly on what you want.

It’s no wonder why people who do not meditate are not very good at manifesting either. But you should not be one of them.

 

Maintain a daily gratitude journal:

The second trick that would help you to use the law of attraction in your daily life is maintaining a daily gratitude journal.

In your gratitude journal, every day jot down 10 things that you are grateful for.

Try coming up with new things every day.

This simple practice will train your mind and heart to rejoice in the things you already have. Also, your grateful heart would act as a magnet attracting more of the good things. That’s the law of vibration.

Repeat positive affirmations:

Positive affirmations are powerful little statements designed to train your mind to attract whatever you desire in your life.

Here are few positive affirmations you may repeat everyday:

  • I am healthy, wealthy and abundant.
  • I am worthy of all the good the universe has to offer.

You may also create your own personal set of positive affirmations if you want.

While formulating effective affirmations you must be careful that they should always be in the “present tense”.

By a continued repetition of positive affirmations every day, you are in fact impressing your subconscious mind so that it may help you in creating the life you desire.

So be sure to make a handful of positive affirmations a part of your daily routine.

 

Visualize your wish fulfilled every night:

You know that time when you are just about to sleep at night? You are not fully alert at the time yet nor are you fully asleep?

That exact sleep-like state is the most important time to make the law of attraction work for you.

When you are in that half-asleep and half-awake state every night, visualize a scene that shows that you have manifested your desire.

For example, if you are trying to manifest a new house, visualize a short scene where you are sitting inside your luxurious new house with your loved ones. See everyone congratulating you for your new home.

Repeat the scene as many times you can before you fully fall asleep.

Doing this visualization technique every night would permanently impress your subconscious mind with your desire and hence you would see it’s physical manifestation real soon.

These are the four simple yet effective practices that you can incorporate into your daily life to manifest all that you want in your life. But while using these every day, you must remind yourself to be patient as all great things including the law of attraction take their sweet time.
