When was the last time you pushed yourself past your existing mental boundaries?
Are you so fixed in your habits and beliefs that you’ve trapped yourself into preconceived notions about how life should be lived? We have a tendency to let the world tell us what we should think and do. Everything from exercise to nutrition to how to get rich to how to do or say just about anything is covered in this book.
Here’s something that many people tend to overlook: what works for one person may not work for another. Because of how we think, act, and feel, everyone of us has a unique life. And when we are repeatedly told what is right, wrong, or normal by various forms of media, we begin to believe that ‘they’ genuinely know it all and simply accept it. The thoughts we have are then constrained.

What if you double-checked everything you’d been told? What if, rather than depending on your concerns, worries, or hype, you started by questioning yourself from the inside out? Check into your inner self to see if what you’re being told makes sense for your life. You can keep going if it works for you, but if you question it and then sense within that what ‘they’ say isn’t for you, you’ll be venturing outside the bounds of mainstream thought and making your own path.
You can do this with everything you can think of.
Examine your views and perform a ‘check’ on them. Check to see if they are beneficial to you. If something doesn’t feel right, venture beyond your regular thinking boundaries and open your imagination to explore what else is out there for you.
You will create a higher positive mental vibration to learn and progress via by pushing past the restrictions. And as you adopt a new approach, the old way of restrictions will fade away.
Perhaps it’s time for a new way of thinking.
